射芯機除射砂外、其余動作均采用液壓驅(qū)動。不僅提供了足夠的頂模力，保證射砂時不會產(chǎn)生工作臺下沉等現(xiàn)象；同時開模、合模、工作臺或射筒的移動、起芯等動作定位準確、運行平穩(wěn)可靠；而且起芯動作更平穩(wěn)有力，保證砂芯不易散列。

1、射芯機使用時要認真觀察運轉(zhuǎn)情況，在操作中應經(jīng)常用空氣吹凈潤滑部位和運轉(zhuǎn)部位的砂粒，嚴禁各潤滑部位粘砂。

2、射芯機使用時，開閉手柄氣閥時動作要平穩(wěn)。

3、嚴禁開空車，必須在有載荷的情況下進行試車，檢查各工作狀態(tài)是否正常，對應該加油的地方進行加油潤滑。試車正常后方可進行工作。

4、射芯機使用完畢后，要將手柄回到零（空）位，關閉各閥門，清掃設備，打掃現(xiàn)場，要保持設備各滑動（轉(zhuǎn)動）部位的清潔和潤滑，認真收檢工具，模具。
